My life has been BUSY, BUSY and more BUSY!  I have missed posting recipes here but my little boy is my first priority.  Lance, my son, played spring baseball for our local Little League and he played for the Yankees.  He wore number 7, which I didn't know whose number that was because I'm not much of a baseball person, or I wasn't until this past summer.  Then Lance's coach told him that he was wearing a number that belonged to Mickey Mantle.  We looked up Mickey Mantle on the internet and Lance found a new baseball hero, besides his Daddy.  So, now Lance is playing Fall baseball so my time is taken again.  That's ok though, because he won't stay little forever.  Oh, and about the Little League Yankees that he played for this summer, they won the Minor League Championship!  I'll post a few pictures of my little man Lance, my baseball hero!
